I had no idea my case manager had changed. I’ve never spoken to this lady. Only spoke to my last case manager twice and I had to call her both times. I don’t know what’s going on with my case, at all. I just know it’s been 5 months and I don’t know anything. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I should’ve listened and went with a smaller company that actually communicates with their clients. I am very unhappy with this company.

You can compare Morgan & Morgan to Lexington Law Firm!!! They are waste of time and money! They don't answer the phone, the clients do all of the work, you never talk to your attorney, they mess up and make excuses, the case managers respond to email before calling and if they call, they are nationwide with many lawyers but there is no human touch. Customer Service is everything and they lack it. Morgan & Morgan want a check for what!!! Don't let the multiple commercials and radio advertisement fool you. If you can handle your own case do it or get another attorney. They are a bust! The paralegals or customer service people cover for the company. They need to be brought before the Board of Ethics about how they handle their cases.

Chanslea was incredibly helpful in the beginning phases- connecting me to doctors, answering questions that I had about next steps, and checking in each week. My appointments are done, and it has been harder to reach her now. I would have appreciated consistent help. I understand case loads vary, but I am currently unaware about my case's updates.

I understand that Morgan and Morgan may have a lot of clients to represent. I am a very patient person. I have tried calling Lisa Bishop several times and I left voice mails no reply back. My 1st encounter with Lisa was very pleasant and informative, but since then it's been hard getting back in touch with her. My husband said it's because I don't have a big case. That Morgan and Morgan only want cases that bring them big money. I don't want Lisa to get in trouble, because people need their job. I just put my case in God hands. I ask God to let your will be done. Amen

I personally want to thank Atty Rachel Cohen and her staff for making this process transparent and easy. They always followed through with everything, explained things in detail and I always felt like I was important to them and they returned phone calls the same day. She is definitely a champion for Morgan & Morgan. I would recommend her anytime. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Wendy M
