John Morgan should be ashamed of his company. "For the people" what a lie. This pathetic law firm did absolutely nothing for my wife in the 2 years that we had obtained their council. As we were nearing the final arbitration; they dropped us due to irreconcilable differences. What a travesty and outright lack of professionalism. My prayer is that Morgan and Morgan get a heart and soul with some compassion. Looking forward to seeing their demise hopefully sooner than later.

My mom had a car accident broke her back, neck and her intestines completely came out.. almost died.. I listen to the radio while I work at amazon we called Morgan and Morgan .. the lawyer that they assigned my mom. Didn’t help her.. didn’t answer her phone or emails at all.. and everyone at their offices were like just call your lawyer .. 0 help and her Social Security benefits got denied and my mom can’t even walk.. but great… 0 help and got denied thanks Morgan and Morgan we are broke and your lawyer couldn’t answer phone after months of calling and emailing

I could not have been happier with my representation by Christopher Mossallati. He took on workman's comp, and fought for me to end. He secured the best settlement possible. He never let them bully or intimidate me. If ever I find myself needing representation again, I will not hesitate to Morgan & Morgan again.

I looked up law firms in Naples and decided to give Morgan and Morgan a call because of what appeared to be a good rating.....BIG MISTAKE, I was put through to a call center and was greeted by a woman who was clearly reading from a script, I was asked an obviously pre determined series of questions and then told once I had more specific dates we could move to the next step, I'm waiting on some documentation as I had informed this robotic woman and surprise folks!!!! I got a phone call today from another scripted woman telling me "the attorneys reviewed the case" and would not be taking it, she would not tell me the names of these "attorneys" and was not able to cite the policy that attorneys names could not be given to me, this a a commercial set up, don't waste your time with this has been name, his first big case was his brother's Disney case and it seems that old Morgan has forgotten there are still regular people out here, I will win this case with another firm, a local firm, not some giant call center corporation, bottom line is THIS IS THE MCDONALD'S OF LAW FIRMS

Me and my little Maltese dog were attacked by an American Pit Bull, my dog died the same and I was a week in the hospital and almost died myself. Morgan & Morgan took the case but the communication after the exclusivity signup was terrible, no answer of emails, no answer on voice messages. They took 2 month just to find out if the owners of the Pit Bull has insurance that covers the incident and once they found out they do not, they just dropped the case. They only take the easy money, I am left with $27,000 of hospital bills - find another lawyer, these guys are a total a waste of time.
