Excellent experience with the office and with Graham and Dana. Took 2 years to receive settlement, as expected. I'm a very satisfied client. My only concern was when it came to negotiating the settlement or going to trial. I think I might have been able to receive more, but I didn't push for it or ask for trial which was my choice. I spoke to Scott, their employment attorney, and I guess he must be some kind of an Oracle of God or a descendant of Nostradamus because even though my employer acted illegally by terminating my employment due to my Workman's Comp claims, and even though I have mounds of evidence proving that conclusion, rather than do his job he had the audacity to sit there and tell me that, and I quote, "all juries in Bucks County are biased and tainted," and that "the judges throw cases out." Well gee okay Scott. Why bother then, right? WRONG. This is EXACTLY why people hate attorneys. It's like a God complex. They think based on their experience they can predict the future when the reality is that they damn well can't, and it's because of that attitude that they don't try. That, and their own unwillingness to take a case unless they're going to make a lot of money for it. Oh well I'm quite certain that if I were to pay this guy $350/hour, an outrageous rate that only the rich can afford, oh then it's "come on in sir and let's get your complaint filed." Then they're billing you for every nanosecond of their time, sucking money out of your account like vampires, not caring if they win or lose, and that's why cases must ALL be on contingency because it's the only way these friggin' attorneys will care to win. See, THAT is why this legal system in this country SUCKS, because it's entirely based on money, not truth or righteousness or "Justice for All" as they would have you believe, and that's also why the rest of us who aren't super rich can't get the goddamn JUSTICE WE DESERVE and should rightfully be ours. It's all a baldfaced lie, and thanks to this kind of corruption the only thing this supposed 'system of justice' in this country does is allow scumbags like my previous employer get away with violating the laws and treating their workers like expendable garbage. Shakespeare. Henry VI, Part 2, Act IV, Scene 2. "Let's kill all the lawyers." Now I know EXACTLY why he wrote that, and if you don't know it yourself already, one day when you need legal help and they refuse to lift a finger to help you because of their supposed 'crystal ball,' you'll know why too.
