The state disciplinary board reviews complaints made by clients against Pennsylvania attorneys. Those cases are investigated by the disciplinary counsel’s office. Creazzo is charged with three counts of threatening harm to a judicial process, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, and single counts of retaliation against a witness, obstruction of law enforcement and making terroristic threats. He was also charged with three counts of harassment. The charges were filed by a Northampton County detective working for the district attorney’s office. District Attorney Stephen Baratta said his office doesn’t know why a state discipline investigator went to Creazzo’s home. He said that information is likely sealed.
Google him. He was just charged with felony counts. He will be disbarred soon if allegations are proven true, in my opinion. I hired him once and he sucked. Don’t risk losing time with your kids. Run the other way from this attorney . Northampton full of sleazy lawyers.
If I could give him zero stars I would. He changed the price three times. Upon our first visit, we searched up the court dates which were quickly approaching, about 2/3 weeks out - He gave me the court date information (since I never got anything in the mail). Then he claimed to not be aware of the court dates later on when he demanded payment right away, even though he told me I could break it down in monthly payments. When court day came, he showed up the minute that we were due to be seen by the mediator. He was profusely sweating. I asked him if he would like to speak outside before we went in since he showed up last minute and gave me attitude and claimed he didn’t even know who I was. During the mediation, he barely spoke, I did more talking than him. When he did speak, he miss quoted something my ex-husband had just said moments before. My ex, his lawyer, and the mediator all called him out on it. Finally, after the hearing, he was demanding 1000 more dollars. I sent it to him in fear I was confused and messaged him screenshots of the pricing that he gave me. He did not return the money to me and told me that this is what he charges even though I showed him directly the pricing we agreed on. I was confused and asking he return the money because my fee was satisfied without that extra grand based on the evidence that I gave him and he left me on read. Any lawyer that’s going to be sneaky to a single mom must not be a good lawyer if he is down that bad for money. Would not recommend.
We have had a terrible experience with this lawyer..4 petitions for visitation of children and all continuances and never any positive recommendations.. Terrible... He had contributed to the trauma of our familyl in many ways..i can only say...be aware and stay away from this man.
I can't say enough good things about Attorney Creazzo. He took on my case 3 days before court and went in as if he had been on my case from the beginning. He is a no bull type of guy and tells you straight. I highly recommend to anyone. He really knows how to stand up for his clients. Thank you Attorney Creazzo for everything!
