Rubicon was the nicest ones you' ever talk to when they were trying to get you to sign a contract with them. But once you do, prepare for NOTHING. They are the absolute worst in ripping people off their hard-earned money with the worst service and communication and they had the audacity to discreetly put in your contract their annual increase. What a rip-off!

Not great. They got us signed on for a 3 year contract by buying out previous waste company. They somehow phoned the wrong company to cancel so we had 2 waste bins for 3 months. Resolving billing on that took a year. They then started with an annual increase despite the offer sent to us by the sales rep saying no increases ever. Not for the 3 years or after that. When this was pointed out they produced the signed contract which said otherwise. This is false advertising/marketing to offer one thing and then put something different in the contact. Sure I should have read it better, but that doesn't make them honest. Now they send an invoice and start to phone and e-mail 10 days later if it isn't paid. This is a monthly event - send you bills out with 30 days to pay. Our bookkeeper comes in weekly and with the time-frame you have to receive your check, it simply cannot always happen in 10 days.. I can't wait to change to someone else....

They're normally pretty well priced but they are slow to respond if you need support. They only dumped half the trash and charged me full price and then charged me for a second pick up. The man on the phone was "unable to escalate this issue" when I asked for a refund

I would give zero star if possible. Service was very unreliable. Customer service was horrible. After talking to them many times, nothing changed. Had to switch to another provider but still getting bills for services not received. Stay away from them.
