This group is the worst management group in existence, they treat their condo owners as if they work for them. They are rude , unorganized and definitely play favorites with the tenants who are “on the board” stay far away from them and condos they manage trust me you’ll save yourself a lot of headaches.

They're pretty terrible, condo fees were set on auto pay, they 'didn't receive a check' but got the subsequent ones, tacked on multiple late fees and refused to budge.

They give you zoom link for the meeting and you can’t log in because host is on another meeting.They don’t answer email or phone call. Michelle needs to learn how to speak with consumers and not to be rude.Because I have to call back since guy I spoke to never called me back.They favor owners, Completely unprofessional

I don't have much to say other then I will be pushing my neighbors to end our relationship with this company since it's owner is so unprofessional. Don't be fooled by employee reviews, of course they will say nice things about the people who pay them. The company is unaware of the actual rules that govern the community. Also, this company has performed only a single inspection within 4 years of owning this condo. Subsequently, they attempt to assess fines based on false information, and a lack of awareness of the rules. As a result, I recommend you avoid like its COVID.

Very unprofessional! Our condo building has gone so far down hill since silva took over. Got rid of landscaper and cleaners. They send a guy with a push lawnmower. Once a month. No weed whacking. And he leaves long grass everywhere. From pushing mower to fast. Cleaner does minimal. I have lived in my building for 9 years. Amd it has never looked so bad. Inside and out. Seems funny to me. That every good review is from a contractor or employees. Any work that has been dome by their contractors is so sub par. It's not even funny. And over priced work. I own a condo in a building they manage. And I am a contractor!!!
