A. Antonio Tomas is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Tomas's practice focuses on two main areas: Tax Law and Criminal Law. Mr. Tomas has successfully represented clients against the Internal Revenue Service at the field and appeals level, as well as before the United States Tax Court. He has also advised and counseled clients on various issues, including trust and estate planning, corporate structuring and general tax planning. Mr. Tomas has extensive experience at the state and federal level litigating all phases of a criminal case. He has defended clients charged with various white-collar crimes, as well as other crimes such as grant theft, child molestation and murder. Mr. Kravitz is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar. He has also received a "Superb" rating by Avvo.com, the highest rating Avvo awards. Mr. Kravitz received his Juris Doctorate Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida State University in 1992, as well as his Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 1997. Attorney Jason Chalik is a founding partner in The Law Offices of Chalik and Chalik, where he provides legal services and compassionate counsel to people who have suffered personal injury and loss of loved ones due to the negligence or recklessness of other responsible parties. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Jason and his family moved to the Sunshine State in 1977. He is proud to have founded a law firm headquartered in the community of Plantation, Florida where he grew up and attended public schools. Gary R. Jodat is the founding and managing attorney of Jodat Law Group, P.A. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University. He got his feet wet while fresh out of law school by taking a job with the Public Defender’s Office trying criminal, Juvenile and Dependency cases prior to transferring into civil litigation. He now handles primarily personal injury cases. In a nutshell, my passion has always been in public service. At the age of 18 I was working my first job as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for the City of New Chicago, Indiana. I was only on the job for 6 months, when I was in the back of an ambulance delivering a baby. I went on to become a police officer in New Chicago; and after battling frost bite for a few years, I accepted a position as Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. During my time there I was assigned to the Patrol Division, Fugitive Division and Tourist Policing Division; I received numerous awards and honors, which I am very proud of today. I met a young woman recently at a hospital where a careless driver caused her to lose her unborn baby. The careless driver was clearly at fault, the insurance company for the careless driver never offered an apology or offered money to help with any medical bills. They only called and asked permission to inspect her car to make sure she was somehow not at fault for the accident. I met a husband and wife not long ago who were badly injured in a car accident. Their car was totaled and they were both out of work. The insurance company refused to pay for a rental car even though the accident was clearly not their fault. I talk with mothers and fathers, nurses and teachers, construction workers and police officers, people from all walks of life everyday who have been injured at no fault of their own– people who are looking for justice, fairness and help for the challenges they face each day after an accident. In each of these conversations I’m reminded why I became a trial attorney: Everyday injury and accident victims need and deserve a champion, and I would be honored to be that champion for you!

Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Mr. Marks is the proud father of two boys and a girl. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.

Sam Coffey, Esq. is a trial lawyer devoted to representing individuals and their families who have been injured by the carelessness of others. David K. McGill was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. McGill specializes in Entertainment Law, Business Affairs and Consulting. His global entertainment services include but not limited to record label development, artist development, drafting and negotiation of entertainment contracts, digital and mobile music content, copyright, and trademark. Mr. McGill has been active in the entertainment industry since 1996. Mr. McGill also focuses on foreclosure defense law and labor and employment law, stemming from race discrimination, race harassment, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Mr. McGill is a graduate of University of Miami Law School. During his law school years, Mr. McGill was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, served as VP of International Moot Court and was a member of the Entertainment Sports Law Society, and Black Law Student Association.
