John Piccin has been practicing law for over 40 years. He is rated AV Preeminent for more than 15 years by Martindale-Hubbell. A. Antonio Tomas is a Board Certified Tax Lawyer, Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Tomas's practice focuses on two main areas: Tax Law and Criminal Law. Mr. Tomas has successfully represented clients against the Internal Revenue Service at the field and appeals level, as well as before the United States Tax Court. He has also advised and counseled clients on various issues, including trust and estate planning, corporate structuring and general tax planning. Mr. Tomas has extensive experience at the state and federal level litigating all phases of a criminal case. He has defended clients charged with various white-collar crimes, as well as other crimes such as grant theft, child molestation and murder. Mr. Tomas graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003. During law school, he interned with the Miami-Dade state attorney's office and was an editor for the Inter-American Law Review. He went on to earn an L.L.M. degree (Masters of Law) in Taxation from the University of Miami in 2006. Prior to law school, he majored in Accounting and earned a Master's Degree in Taxation from Florida International University. He has been a C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) in the state of Florida since 2002.

Mr. Kravitz is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar. Mr. Kravitz received his Juris Doctorate Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, where he was a member of the Law Review and Moot Court Honor Society. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida State University in 1992, as well as his Master of Science Degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 1997. Mr. Kravitz has been a resident of the South Florida area since 1978, and currently resides in Parkland with his wife Dawn, and their children Madyson and Braeden. Attorney Jason Chalik is a founding partner in The Law Offices of Chalik and Chalik, where he provides legal services and compassionate counsel to people who have suffered personal injury and loss of loved ones due to the negligence or recklessness of other responsible parties. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Jason and his family moved to the Sunshine State in 1977. He is proud to have founded a law firm headquartered in the community of Plantation, Florida where he grew up and attended public schools. Assisting injured citizens and bereaved families is his life's work. "What I love about our work is we help injured people who don't know about the legal system," Attorney Chalik says.

Gary R. Jodat is the founding and managing attorney of Jodat Law Group, P.A. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida. He received his undergraduate degree from Roger Williams University. He got his feet wet while fresh out of law school by taking a job with the Public Defender’s Office trying criminal, Juvenile and Dependency cases prior to transferring into civil litigation. He now handles primarily personal injury cases. In a nutshell, my passion has always been in public service. At the age of 18 I was working my first job as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) for the City of New Chicago, Indiana. I was only on the job for 6 months, when I was in the back of an ambulance delivering a baby. I went on to become a police officer in New Chicago; and after battling frost bite for a few years, I accepted a position as Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. During my time there I was assigned to the Patrol Division, Fugitive Division and Tourist Policing Division; I received numerous awards and honors, which I am very proud of today. I met a young woman recently at a hospital where a careless driver caused her to lose her unborn baby. The careless driver was clearly at fault, the insurance company for the careless driver never offered an apology or offered money to help with any medical bills. They only called and asked permission to inspect her car to make sure she was somehow not at fault for the accident. I met a husband and wife not long ago who were badly injured in a car accident. Their car was totaled and they were both out of work. The insurance company refused to pay for a rental car even though the accident was clearly not their fault. I talk with mothers and fathers, nurses and teachers, construction workers and police officers, people from all walks of life everyday who have been injured at no fault of their own– people who are looking for justice, fairness and help for the challenges they face each day after an accident. In each of these conversations I’m reminded why I became a trial attorney: Everyday injury and accident victims need and deserve a champion, and I would be honored to be that champion for you!

Prior to forming the law office of Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida, C. Todd Marks attended the George Mason School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor. Mr. Marks practiced law in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Marks began his legal career in Washington, DC and McLean, Virginia with the law firm of Shaw Pittman, LLP where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups. In the meantime, Todd remained active in local and national political campaigns. Todd eventually worked for law firms Connolly, Bove, Lodge & Hutz in the commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups where he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters. His experience includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning, employment law, and family law. Mr. Marks is the proud father of two boys and a girl. Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.

Sam Coffey, Esq. is a trial lawyer devoted to representing individuals and their families who have been injured by the carelessness of others. He focuses his practice on handling a small number of serious injury cases involving traumatic brain injury (TBI), spinal cord injury (SCI), wrongful death or serious personal injury. David K. McGill was born in Detroit, Michigan and raised in Dayton, Ohio. Mr. McGill specializes in Entertainment Law, Business Affairs and Consulting. His global entertainment services include but not limited to record label development, artist development, drafting and negotiation of entertainment contracts, digital and mobile music content, copyright, and trademark. Mr. McGill has been active in the entertainment industry since 1996. Mr. McGill also focuses on foreclosure defense law and labor and employment law, stemming from race discrimination, race harassment, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination. Mr. McGill is a graduate of University of Miami Law School. During his law school years, Mr. McGill was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, served as VP of International Moot Court and was a member of the Entertainment Sports Law Society, and Black Law Student Association. Mr. McGill received his undergraduate degree from Thomas More College (B.A. Management Info Systems, Cum Laude) and his M.B.A. from Xavier University (Business Entrepreneurship) David McGill's professional affiliations include the Entertainment and Sports Law section of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., and the Wilkie D.
