José A. Negroni is originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico. He moved to Tampa, Florida in 1987 and subsequently went to college at the University of Florida in Gainesville where he graduated with high honors from the College of Journalism. José attended the University of Florida College of Law and received his juris doctor degree in 2000.
