About Gregory
Mr. May concentrates his practice on the defense of environmental, products liability, and complex commercial claims across the United States as national litigation counsel for several companies. He has acted as national coordinating counsel for a medical products manufacturer in nationwide products liability litigation. In addition, he served as national litigation counsel for a Fortune 500 company in environmental, trademark, unfair competition, and other commercial litigation.
Mr. May's insurance coverage practice includes the representation of primary and excess insurers in complex insurance coverage litigation arising out of environmental, products liability, advertising injury and other claims throughout the United States. His experience in this field runs from the preparation of opinion letters through litigation up to and including trial of sophisticated coverage matters.
Mr. May has appeared at numerous trials, commercial arbitrations and state administrative hearings, and has written briefs filed in federal Courts of Appeals and state appellate courts.
Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone, Mr. May was an associate with a large Philadelphia firm where he focused on environmental, insurance coverage and commercial litigation.
