Mark Edward Godbey is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio and owner of Godbey Law LLC. Our law firm is a full service, general practice firm, serving clients in Southwestern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Matthew Ernst, Attorney at Law offers the services of a tough, smart attorney who gets results for his criminal defense clients through forceful advocacy. He graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law and began practicing in 1996. He is admitted to practice before Ohio state and federal courts including the US District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. To be able to provide personal service to each client and to focus his efforts on criminal defense, he heads his own firm conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.

A graduate of Moeller High School, Miami University, and Chase College of Law, Steve has extensive courtroom experience as a past city prosecutor, and a defense attorney. Steve is licensed to practice in all Ohio Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a member of the Warren County Bar Association.

Attorney Kimberly Beck helps people who have suffered personal injuries. She focuses on cases involving pharmaceuticals, serious injuries, or medical malpractice. Before she started Beck Law Center, Kim worked for a large plaintiffs’ firm. There she led a team of three lawyers and three paralegals. Together, they worked with over 25,000 plaintiffs. Before that time, she spent 13 years working at defense firms. Attorney Kim Beck mainly defended pharmaceutical companies. Also, Kim worked as a legal extern for federal Magistrate Judge Sharon Ovington. Kimberly Beck Recently, Kim has won awards from legal groups. Between 2010 and 2019, Kim was named a Rising Star” through Super Lawyers. Since 2015, she has had an AV rating from Martindale Hubble. Additionally, she has spoken and written for regional and national groups on discovery, procedure, and the FDA. In the last few months, Kim has lectured for several groups about the Singulair cases.
