Allen Griffin moved to the Dallas area when he was twelve years old, but his Texas roots go back six generations. With over thirty years of experience as a lawyer, there is not much that Allen Griffin has not seen in the family law arena. Having personally experienced a divorce himself, Allen knows the financial and emotional toll that the breakup of a marriage can take on an individual. With this background, Allen approaches each client’s case pragmatically and with empathy to successfully navigate his clients through one of the most difficult times in that person’s life. Mr. Anderson structures the property transactions to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Often these complex divorce matters also have emotionally charged custody litigation. Mr. Anderson is able to objectively craft a plan to obtain as much time with the children as the client desires. Mr. Anderson also represents clients in criminal matters. While typically these cases stem from divorce and family law litigation, this is not always the case. Specifically, Mr. Anderson deals with Federal and State authorities mainly dealing with charges regarding: drug possession, pornography, abduction, alcohol, sex offenses, assault and weapons charges. Attorney Lori Shannon focuses her practice on family law, representing clients out of the Bailey & Galyen offices in Bedford, Texas. Originally from Sweetwater, Texas, Lori graduated for Texas Tech University, in Lubbock, earning her bachelors degree in advertising. She then worked in television and radio before returning to school, completing her juris doctor at the Texas Tech School of Law. Upon graduation and admission to the Texas State Bar, Lori honed her trial skills as a city prosecutor. An Assistant Attorney General in Texas for 23 years, she has extensive experience in matters related to both paternity establishment and exclusion, as well as establishment, modification and enforcement of child support and medical support. Her practice experience also includes employment law, criminal law and general civil law. She has also served as a managing attorney for the Office of the Attorney General of Texas.

Mai Mullen Milton is a native of Pontiac, Michigan but has resided in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas with her family for the last 17 years. She is an alumnus of Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and minored in Communications; She was active in various clubs and activities, such as residence council, student government, and collegiate cheer. She holds significant professional experience in the legal field and attended Western Michigan University- Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. While at Thomas M. Cooley she participated in Moot Court and was a member of one of two teams to go undefeated in the oral argument competition. She graduated Law School with her Juris Doctorate with a litigation concentration and went into private practice founding her own firm. Her prior legal experience includes serving as General Counsel & Director of Legal & Grievance for the Dallas Teachers Union, serving as a managing partner, and serving as founding attorney of her own firm. Ms. Milton’s primary areas include family, education and civil litigation. She is licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Texas and licensed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Texas, US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the US District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling.
