Mr. Jackson's practice is diverse. Primarily, he represents companies and individuals in litigation. He defends motor carriers and drivers in lawsuits arising out of motor vehicle accidents and employers in matters arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and other similar statutes. Mr. Jackson often is retained to represent companies and individuals by insurance companies in all forms of disputes from slip and fall to workers compensation cases, or property owners in title disputes. He also defends banks in customer disputes and serves of counsel to one of the nation's largest credit reporting agencies in disputes arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Mr. Jackson's practice is not limited to litigation or to large businesses. He represents oil and gas companies before Alabama's Oil and Gas Board. He regularly advises small businesses on regulatory issues as well as compliance issues involving the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Occupational and Safety and Health Act. He also represents small businesses in disputes with creditors, debtors, shareholders and governmental entities. Additionally, he has assisted small businesses with securities transactions and financing agreements.
