Jack C. Hauser, Attorney

Mr. Jack Hauser began his legal career zealously defending persons charged with crimes in mid-Missouri. This early experience helping clients has marked his career as an extraordinary listener, strategist, and caring legal professional. He next managed a child support prosecutor's office where he developed a real empathy for the critical need for children in our state to receive the support they so richly deserve.

Both of these experiences laid the groundwork for Mr. Hauser's outstanding interpersonal relationships with all kinds of people and his excellent reputation throughout the state as a true advocate.

A graduate of Creighton University School of Law, Mr. Hauser has been practicing law for 15 years. While he developed his trial skills in the area of criminal law, he was quickly able to transition his trial techniques and pre-trial discovery preparation to the field of domestic relations when he went into private practice in mid-Missouri.

Prior to coming to Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal, Mr. Hauser gained valuable experience handling complex financial and custody matters. He quickly became known as a "go to" person for other lawyers who were struggling with technical issues both in the preparation of trial and also at trial.

Paule, Camazine & Blumenthal had great respect for Mr. Hauser's competency and high standard of ethics and invited Mr. Hauser to join the Firm in 2005. Since that time, Mr. Hauser been a tremendous asset to all members of the Firm and has become an invaluable counsel to clients who find themselves in need of a patient and sage ear.

Mr. Hauser is a skilled lawyer who, through his patience and compassion, has the ability to educate clients and other lawyers about a wide variety of family law topics.

In addition, he was asked to author the Paternity section of Westlaw's "Handbook of Judges." His insight into this critical area of the law has been a great contribution to the administration of justice.

Mr. Hauser has served as the St. Louis County Liaison for the Young Lawyers Division of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and has been recognized for his leadership in this area.

Mr. Hauser lives in St. Charles County and has been actively involved in launching our Firm's St. Charles Office. He is a member of the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce and he is active in the Rise-And-Shine Group.
