James J. Birch, Attorney

As a partner at Rolfes Henry, James Birch combines legal expertise with real-world experience. He has served as a director on the board of various companies, taught business law at the collegiate level, and currently acts as legal counsel for several organizations. As a former school principal, James has extensive experience in assisting schools and non-profit organizations.

In the business realm, James’ mission is to help clients improve business performance by assisting them with legal compliance, employment issues, business litigation, drafting business documents, and workers' compensation defense matters. James’ insurance litigation practice includes property and casualty defense and claims investigation.

Individuals, families, and businesses who need assistance with legal life and estate planning can also look to James for support and counsel. James understands that he is helping clients do more than just plan for death, rather he is helping them to make wise decisions during life.

James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies from Nova Southeastern University in 1999 and earned his Juris Doctor from NSU Shepard Broad College of Law in 2002. He is a member of the Ohio Bar and lives in Cincinnati with his wife and six children.
