Having practiced in Birmingham for over twenty years, Jim Greer has the experience in meeting the needs of clients on a national, regional and local level. He represents banks, credit unions, as well as finance and mortgage companies. In addition, Jim was appointed by the Jefferson County Circuit Court to act as Receiver for a business and continued operations until he was able to successfully sell the business and maximize profit for the creditors. Jim has a longstanding statewide practice and has been able to establish a professional relationship with all federal, bankruptcy, state and district courts. With his extended years of practice, Jim has built firm foundations with attorneys and judges throughout Alabama allowing him to serve his clients in their best interest. Jim offers legal services concentrating on the Mortgage Banking Industry and all related matters.
