Jim is a partner of the firm and is a member of the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
Jim's successful representation of clients includes:

- Obtained an award of multiple damages against an owner in favor of general contractor after successful jury verdict
- Successful in an multiple arbitration proceeding where sole issue was whether firm's client had to pay $5 million to seller of real estate based on potential development of property.
