About Jason
Mr. Saul's practice is focused on trial preparation and case management as national counsel for a manufacturer of industrial and utility boilers. Mr. Saul's practice areas include toxic tort litigation, consumer protection law and landlord-tenant law. Mr. Saul is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in MDL 875 asbestos matters.
Mr. Saul has pursued actions on a pro bono basis in landlord-tenant and consumer protection cases.
Experience
- In the role of national counsel, Mr. Saul is responsible for corporate witness development, expert selection, document production, case evaluation and client reporting for asbestos cases in multiple jurisdictions.
- Mr. Saul has worked closely with local counsel to prepare high-profile cases for trial in Delaware, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas and Washington.
- In 2008, Mr. Saul was part of a new business development team that bid for and successfully obtained national coordination responsibilities for a major client's benzene litigation.
- Mr. Saul is regularly involved in the development, testing and implementation of technologies and protocols to improve litigation management efficiency for the Firm's clients.
