I would not recommend engaging the services of Attorney Mike Hernandez. Based on my personal experience, I have significant reservations about entrusting him as legal counsel. Throughout our interactions, I observed a pattern of untruthfulness on his part, which raises concerns about whether he is capable of putting a client's interest before his motivation for self gain. Additionally, it is disheartening to note that he has been accused of mistreating and abusing women in his personal life. Given these circumstances, I firmly believe that Mr. Hernandez is unsuited for the legal profession, particularly when representing individuals who have recently experienced accidents and rely on their attorney to exhibit empathy and adhere to ethical standards—attributes that Hernandez seems incapable of embodying.
