Client charged in King County Superior Court with Trafficking in Stolen Property. All charges dismissed after investigation of case and presentation to prosecutors by Mr. Kradel. Client Found Not Guilty and Court Orders reimbursement of attorneys fees and costs. Client charged with 4 felonies, including Assault Second Degree and Harassment in Clallam County Superior Court. Client found not guilty of all charges after jury trial. Client charged with Manufacturing Marijuana in Snohomish County Superior Court. Mr. Kradel's motion to suppress all evidence based upon improperly issued search warrant is granted. Case dismissed. Client charged with child molestation in King County Superior Court. After extensive investigation Mr. Kradel and co-counsel Jeffrey Cohen convince prosecution to dismiss all charges. Client charged with Burglary in Snohomish County Superior Court. Pre-trial motion to suppress evidence seized by police granted. Prosecution dismisses charge. Parallel investigation of client for other crimes declined because evidence had been seized in the unlawful search by police. Client investigated by DEA and U.S. Attorney's Office for prescription drug offenses. No charge filed. Client charged with DUI in King County District Court. Breath test result suppressed on pre-trial motion. Client found not guilty after jury trial. Client charged with DUI in Douglas County District Court alleged to have refused breath test. On pre-trial motion by Mr. Kradel prosecution barred from calling what happened a "refusal." Not guilty verdict after jury trial. Client charged with DUI in King County District Court. Mr. Kradel's pre-trial motion to dismiss for violation of speedy trial granted. Client charged with prostitution in King County District Court. Mr. Kradel's pre-trial motion to dismiss for insufficient evidence granted. Client charged with DUI in King County District Court. Arrest of client on Ferry which docked in Seattle found unlawful by Court after motion to suppress by Mr. Kradel. Charge dismissed.
