About Jeffrey
I was born and raised in Shelby County, Alabama. Being the son of an attorney (and 4th generation attorney overall), I was able to develop my arguing skills every night at the dinner table. I was never really sure that I wanted to be an attorney, but somehow I just gravitated to this career. Now that I am deep into my legal career, I can truly say that this is where I belong. I am interested in getting to know people on a deeper level, which is the only way to develop a true attorney-client relationship. I enjoy having people come to my office and seeking out help for their problems. It is not always easy – after all, when someone comes to my office, it is because they have a rather large problem as opposed to just winning the lottery or getting back from their honeymoon. But most of all, I enjoy the subject of law and developing legal theories on my cases. Each case is unique with its own particular set of facts. Trying to figure out how the law will apply to each particular set of facts and how a judge or jury may see these facts is the most enjoyable aspect of this job.
In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, backpacking, cooking, reading, cross-fitting, and reading to my kids. I live in Helena with my wife and three children. We attend Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Hoover.
