John Siskopoulos | Boston Litigation Lawyer

An experienced attorney who concentrates his practice on appeals, litigation and arbitration. Mr. Siskopoulos currently manages the Boston office of Siskopoulos Law Firm, LLP.
 
Mr. Siskopoulos was a member of the Appellate Practice Committee of the American Bar Association as well the Technology for the Litigator Committee of the American Bar Association.  

Mr. Siskopoulos handles both civil and criminal appeals and several of his appellate wins have been noted in legal publications. He is highly skilled at analyzing, briefing and arguing complex legal questions in both civil and criminal matters. Mr. Siskopoulos has appeared before some of the preeminent courts in this country, including, the Massachusetts Appeals Court, Delaware Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of the State of New York-Appellate Division, and the Florida District Court of Appeal. He represents a diverse clientele ranging from large corporations to individuals.

Mr. Siskopoulos' skill set is not limited to appeals. Mr. Siskopoulos has the ability to aggressively litigate cases at the trial level. His ability to navigate litigation also serves him well in both mediation and arbitration. While many times a difficult endeavor, Mr. Siskopoulos has successfully settled cases in mediation. Moreover, in the field of arbitration, he is also adept at handling a variety of arbitration matters.
 
Mr. Siskopoulos attended Adelphi University in Long Island, New York where he graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in History and where he was enrolled in the distinguished Honors Program. Mr. Siskopoulos was the recipient of the distinguished Presidential Scholarship. Thereafter, Mr. Siskopoulos attended New England Law|Boston earning his Juris Doctor in 1998.  While attending law school, Mr. Siskopoulos was on the Dean's List and was also a member of the International Law Society. The very same year Mr. Siskopoulos graduated law school he was admitted to the Massachusetts bar.
