• Auto accidents $2,500,000 settlement In the city of West Palm Beach, Florida, the plaintiff was struck by the defendant's vehicle while operating her Buick sedan. The collision occurred as a result of the defendant unlawfully trespassing into the intersection on a red traffic signal. The collision resulted in severe injuries to the plaintiff, including a head injury, shock, multiple rib fractures, and a collapsed left lung. It was also discovered during exploratory surgery that the plaintiff had suffered a lacerated liver and spleen, a fractured left femur, and multiple pelvic fractures.
