We represent clients with personal injuries and property loss claims that are the result of unsafe property conditions, vehicle accidents, workplace injuries, mold and lead poisoning and medical malpractice.   Our expertise includes all matter of real estate claims, including broker disputes, sales and loan fraud, construction defect and disputes between co-owners and neighbors.   We are also skilled in landlord tenant law and represent clients in eviction, rent control and wrongful eviction claims.

We represent our clients on a contingency fee, which means the client pays no fee unless a recovery is obtained for the client. We also charge hourly and at competitive rates. In some instances we also offer a schedule of combined hourly and contingency fee plans.
