About Joseph
Joe Nemo represents employers, insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers in workers' compensation, subrogation, and employer liability disputes, handling cases from inception to appeal. Joe's philosophy is that effective subrogation recovery strategies should focus on more than cash recovery and, where possible, should address and attempt to resolve the civil liability and workers' compensation issues of the case. Joe has devoted a significant amount of time to developing new and innovative case resolution models that go beyond traditional subrogation recovery approaches. As a result of these creative resolution strategies, he has obtained excellent results for his clients. Joe has also published a comprehensive set of educational materials designed to maximize subrogation recovery, and has spoken extensively on the subject for clients and trade associations throughout the United States. Joe is an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). He has published articles in NASP's national trade magazine, The Subrogator and is currently serving as a committee member for Minnesota's NASP Chapter. Joe is a member of the firm's Long Range Planning Committee and is the Chair of the firm's Subrogation Practice Group.
