Client suffered brain injuries in motorcycle accident within months of inheriting money; we created a Special Needs Trust so he could benefit from his inheritance but still qualify for government assistance.

Another client had five amendments to her Revocable Trust - too many, and too confusing! We combined all her relevant wishes into one Restatement of her Revocable Trust so that her heirs could easily administer her estate.
