About Kenneth

Mr. McIntosh was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey, on February 1, 1931. He attended public schools in Miami, Florida. He received an A.B. degree from Stetson University in 1952 and holds the J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law where he graduated in 1954. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1957 following Service in U.S. Army Infantry Overseas. He served as Municipal Judge for the City of Sanford from 1961 to 1964, Prosecuting Attorney for Seminole County from 1965 to 1971, and Charter Attorney for the South Seminole North Orange Wastewater Transmission Authority from 1978 to 1992. He was the City Attorney for the City of Casselberry from 1961 through 1995, and Attorney for Seminole Community College from 1980 through 1995 and where he currently continues to serve. He currently serves as the City Attorney for Lake Helen, Florida and the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Sanford, Florida, Daytona Beach Shores and special counsel to the City of Port Orange, Florida.

Mr. McIntosh is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association (President, 1965), The Florida Bar.The Colorado Bar, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Bar Association, Volie A. Williams, Jr. Inns of Court (Charter President, 1994), and Phil Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
