Mr. Brown has been a trial lawyer and litigation specialist since his admission to the bar in 1977. He has successfully argued over 40 cases to victory in the State Courts, and presented argument to the California Appellate Court. Mr. Brown concentrates his practice in the areas of complex litigation, personal injury, family law, and construction/construction defect litigation.
Mr. Brown serves as a court appointed arbitrator for the Ventura County Superior Court, has sat as a Judge Pro Tem, and is a long time member of the Ventura County Bar Association, the Ventura Trial Lawyer's Association, and is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He graduated in 1974 from California State University Long Beach, and received his J.D. in 1977 from Pepperdine University School of Law.
