Carolyn Kenton founded Kenton Elder Law to continue her work with legal issues of the older client. A former partner in Bluegrass Elderlaw PLLC and a respected authority on elder law, Ms. Kenton frequently speaks to groups on the subjects of elder law, lifetime planning documents such as powers of attorney, guardianships, asset management, estate and Medicaid asset preservation planning, and the probate process. Kevin A. Osborne is the managing attorney with Ross Mann Personal Injury Lawyers. He is originally from eastern Kentucky and grew up in the town of Paintsville. Following his graduation from high school in 2007, Kevin attended Georgetown College, where he studied History and Political Science. After his graduation from Georgetown College in 2011, Kevin attended the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in Northern Kentucky.
