About Kerri
Kerri E. Sheeran is of counsel to the firm. Ms. Sheeran received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Merrimack College in 1993 and a Juris Doctor degree from Vermont Law School in 1996. Prior to joining Perry, Krumsiek & Jack, LLP, Ms. Sheeran was Vice President and Legal Counsel to LandAmerica Title Insurance Company, one of the leading issuers of title insurance in the nation. In that capacity, Ms. Sheeran oversaw the closing of hundreds of corporate transactions, including the purchase and sale of multiple Home Depot stores throughout the country. Ms. Sheeran previously was an attorney at Murphy, MacKenzie, Micheals & Sullivan LLP where her practice focused on complex commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Sheeran is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts and is a principal in Sheeran Realty, a real estate sales and investment venture. Ms. Sheeran's experience in real estate law and business in Massachusetts makes her a unique asset to the firm's real estate and corporate transaction practice.
