Daniel “Danny” Dastrup is a Las Vegas native, having moved here at the age of five. He has seen the city grow and change through the years and loves to call Las Vegas home. Danny received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, and later his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. While in law school Danny received several accolades including “highest honors” recognizing his skill in legal writing. Since becoming an attorney, Danny has assisted his clients in a variety of cases involving car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, product liability, wrongful death and insurance bad faith. Renee M. Finch is a Partner in Messner Reeves’ Las Vegas Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Finch’s career began as a manager overseeing claims professionals at a major insurance company. While excelling in that position, Ms. Finch also graduated in the top 20% of her class from The William S. Boyd School of Law, then put her career experience to work in the Las Vegas litigation arena. Ms. Finch’s practice is devoted largely to defending corporations, insurers and their insureds, in high-exposure cases in which claimed medical expenses and other alleged damages total in the millions. To date, she has tried 15 such cases to verdict, obtaining in each of them either complete defense verdicts or verdicts lower than the plaintiffs’ lowest settlement demand. Mr. Morris has been practicing law since 1994 and is a diverse individual with many interests. Unlike other attorneys, Mr. Morris was working on an advanced degree in an unrelated field when he had a calling to become an attorney and he instantly switched from his science-based studies to law. Mr. Morris has owned a retail store, has written computer software and has been on the Board of several non-profit corporations, including the SPCA of Northern Nevada. Mr. Morris has received published decisions in both Federal and State Courts and he is currently licensed in all Nevada Courts including the Nevada Supreme Court, Nevada Federal Courts, Federal Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals and multiple Indian and Tribal Courts. He has lived in both Reno and Las Vegas and provides services to all of Nevada including its rural towns. Jeffrey P. Luszeck is a partner with the firm, where he focuses his practice primarily on trust and estate litigation, business litigation, trust and estate administration and guardianship. JEROME R. BOWEN was born in Denver, Colorado on May 22, 1963. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Utah in 1988. During which he attended honors programs at Cambridge University in England, George Washington University, and the American University in Paris, France. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he returned home to his native Idaho to attend law school at the University of Idaho. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991. While at the University of Idaho, he was a member of the Idaho Law Review 1990-1991 and had a published case note. After receiving his law degree, he was selected to act as a Special Assistant to Cecil D. Andrus, Governor of Idaho in 1991, where he was the governor's liaison to five (5) State of Idaho departments, including budgeting and the governor's state agenda.
