Renee M. Finch is a Partner in Messner Reeves’ Las Vegas Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Finch’s career began as a manager overseeing claims professionals at a major insurance company. While excelling in that position, Ms. Finch also graduated in the top 20% of her class from The William S. Boyd School of Law, then put her career experience to work in the Las Vegas litigation arena. Ms. Finch’s practice is devoted largely to defending corporations, insurers and their insureds, in high-exposure cases in which claimed medical expenses and other alleged damages total in the millions. To date, she has tried 15 such cases to verdict, obtaining in each of them either complete defense verdicts or verdicts lower than the plaintiffs’ lowest settlement demand. Her practice also includes prosecuting civil actions involving insurance fraud and conspiracy among litigants and care providers. Mr. Morris has been practicing law since 1994 and is a diverse individual with many interests. Jeffrey P. Luszeck is a partner with the firm, where he focuses his practice primarily on trust and estate litigation, business litigation, trust and estate administration and guardianship. JEROME R. BOWEN was born in Denver, Colorado on May 22, 1963. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from University of Utah in 1988. During which he attended honors programs at Cambridge University in England, George Washington University, and the American University in Paris, France. After receiving his undergraduate degree, he returned home to his native Idaho to attend law school at the University of Idaho. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991. While at the University of Idaho, he was a member of the Idaho Law Review 1990-1991 and had a published case note.
