Second, my client will know right away that I am not just here to settle their case, like may law firms. Settlement may not be right for the client because of medical needs, outstanding bills, severity of injury, and more. An honest settlement discussion will go well beyond numbers, but also whether it is right for the injured worker. That is the key. It should never be just about the fee. It should be about the injured worker and protecting their rights, benefits, and futures.
