About Mark

Mark Wolfe is a partner with Boteler Richardson Wolfe – Injury Lawyers in Mobile, Alabama.  Since 1987, Mark has worked specifically in the area of personal injury law, with particular expertise in wrongful death, motor vehicle crash cases, on the job injuries, defective products and life insurance claims.  He has successfully litigated hundreds of personal injury cases to verdict and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients.

Mark received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1983 from the University of Alabama, followed by his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School Of Law. He has practiced law since 1987. Mark is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum. (Membership in these organizations require a verdict or settlement on a case over one million dollars or over two million dollars.) He has attained Advocate status through the American Association of Justice College of Advocacy and Mark has been inducted into the prestigious Academy of Trial Advocacy. He has been recognized as one of the Top 100 trial attorneys in Alabama by the American Trial Lawyers Association.  Mark is also a frequent Continuing Legal Education (CLE) instructor in the areas of litigation, trial strategy and practice management with more than 200 hours of teaching credits.  In addition he has had numerous articles published in national and regional law journals on a wide variety of litigation issues.

Mark has achieved an AV rating by Martindale Hubbell’s peer review rating service and has been classified as a Super Lawyer ® by Lexis/Nexis.  Super Lawyers has tapped him as one of the top 5% of attorneys in Alabama, based on the organization’s research-driven, peer-influenced rating service.

Mark supports numerous charities and community organizations. In 2005, he received the Outstanding Public Service Award from Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) for his advocacy work on behalf of drunk driving victims. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors for Prodisee Pantry, the Gulf Coast’s largest food pantry program.

Mark lives in Daphne and is married to Kelly Langan Wolfe. They have two daughters (Lesley and Alli) and one son (Mitchell).
