Mr. Maiona is currently the Chair of AILA’s Military Assistance Program Task Force; AILA Annual Conference Committee Chair for the Family Section; and AILA liaison to the Immigration Court in Boston. Attorney Maiona has been peer review rated for legal ability and ethical standards by Martindale-Hubbell since and has been recognized as a Rising Star in the field of Immigration Law by the "Super Lawyer" publication of Boston Magazine on two occasions. Assisted a scientist working with rare diseases with a National Interest Waiver (NIW) petition. The NIW was filed and approved 2 months later by US Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) allowing the scientist to obtain a green card and continue the work that is so beneficial to the United States.

How did you build a successful practice?

Hard work, results, fair pricing, honesty, integrity and always continuing to build knowledge in our area of expertise - immigration law.
