About Michael
I have spent the past three+ decades engaged in the practice of law. I started my career at the prestigious Rose Law Firm in Little Rock, Arkansas. From there I became the Associate General Counsel at Stephens Group Inc. in Little Rock, Arkansas for a number of years. After a brief stint with my own law firm, I became the Arkansas Securities Commissioner under then Governor Mike Huckabee. From there I moved back home to NW Arkansas to take the position of Chief Legal Officer of BioBased Technologies LLC. Then in August of 2011, I opened Johnson Law Firm PLLC where I am engaged in the general practice of law, with an emphasis on Business and Corporate/Commercial and Transactional Law, Estate Planning, Intellectual Property Law, Securities, Insurance, and Gun Law.
