Mr. Miller graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan, in 1961. In 1971, he originated the idea for what is called "mediation" in the state of Michigan. He also served as the first mediator on behalf of the Plaintiff's Bar in the State of Michigan. In 1979, Mr. Miller served as president of the newly founded Mediation Tribunal Association, a non-profit corporation, formed to oversee the mediation process in Wayne County ( Detroit ). He served as president until 1992. With the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), Mr. Miller served as a former vice-president, parliamentarian and secretary, and he was also president of the Detroit chapter of the ATLA. Mr. Miller's other accomplishments include testifying on Federal No-Fault before the U.S. Congress, founding Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, and authoring several well-received legal articles. I've been practicing law for nearly thirty years now. A lot has changed; one thing hasn't: Practicing law, done right, still means helping people. I've always found that the best way to help is to first listen. That's why I give my personal phone number and email address up front. When you call or email, you get me, personally, every time -- never a staff person. That way, I always hear, first-hand, what you have to say. If you're reading this, you're probably in need of legal help. Contact me. Let me hear your story. We'll discuss your matter fully, and I'll absolutely help you, if I can. I'm here to listen, and to help. Let me try, for you. - Attorney Russell Gregory Attorney Russell Gregory has been practicing law in the metro-Detroit area for nearly 30 years. He helps people who have been significantly injured, whether by Medical Malpractice, including Birth Trauma, Auto Accidents, Unsafe Premises, Product Defects, Slip and Fall, Nursing Home Care, or otherwise. Injuries may include Brain, Limbs, Spinal Cord, Wrongful Death, or any other substantial compromise. "If you've been injured, tell me what happened. I'll listen, and apply all that I know to get you the financial compensation you need, and deserve." -- Attorney Russell Gregory
