Attorney Diana Devine was born in Queens, New York, and initially raised in Staten Island, New York, but moved to rural northeastern North Carolina at age 13 and attended Perquimans County High School in Hertford, North Carolina. She knew she wanted to be a lawyer since she was eight years old. Whenever she was asked what she wanted to be when she grew up, she would answer with confidence, “A lawyer!”. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from East Carolina University in 2004. Diana jumped right into the legal field, working as a paralegal and law firm administrator for a general practice law firm in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, for over ten years. She gained invaluable experience in practice areas such as personal injury, civil litigation, criminal defense, workers’ compensation, real estate, domestic law, and much more. She continued her legal career by attending Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Attorney Chris Wencker grew up in Littleton, Colorado. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Prior to law school, he received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Thomas Edison State College, an Associate of Applied Science in Communications Applications Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and a diploma in Chinese (Mandarin) from the Defense Language Institute. Chris also served in the United States Air Force for seven years. Following law school, Chris spent eight years working as an Associate Attorney for a small law firm in Tucson, Arizona.
