His practice mostly concentrates on Social Security Disability law, ERISA short and long-term disability claims, and private short and long-term disability claims. Vance is certified by the NC State Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Social Security Disability law. Only a select number of attorneys receive this honor. It is not easy to become a Board Certified Social Security Benefits Specialist. Attorneys must pass a written test and take continuing education courses. Attorney Jennings rose to the challenge and has been a specialist in this area of law since 2010. He uses his expert SSDI legal knowledge to prepare organized, strong cases for hearings and appeals.
