Paul has represented consumers injured by defective products and general corporate misconduct for over twenty years. He has successfully handled product liability cases against most of the major auto manufacturers, including Ford, General Motors, Chrysler, Kia, Hyundai, Isuzu, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, and Mitsubishi as well as various seatbelt and automobile component manufactures, including Takata, TRW, Autoliv, and Honeywell. He has also handled product defect cases against major retailers, including Sears and Wal Mart and against large medical device manufacturers.

He has a national practice and has successfully handled cases in states across the county, including California, Florida, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Connecticut.
