About Peter
Mr. Glaessner is a litigation partner in the firm. He has a trial and appellate practice in a wide range of civil matters with special emphasis on representing management in employment matters, defending professional liability disputes, concentrating on errors and omissions claims involving insurance agents and brokers, and handling both first and third party coverage disputes.
Before forming Lombardi, Loper & Conant, LLP, Mr. Glaessner was a partner with Hardin, Cook, Loper, Engel & Bergez, where he practiced since 1991. He was previously a partner with Fisher & Hurst, a San Francisco firm specializing in complex insurance coverage, professional liability and reinsurance disputes. Mr. Glaessner also served for two years as a research attorney in the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District before starting in private practice.
Mr. Glaessner devotes significant time to defending employment lawsuits involving alleged wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, ADA as well as wage and hour matters brought against both private and public employers. This practice includes actions brought under federal or state law, both in U.S. District Court and California state courts.
