Timothy obtained a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Timothy is licensed to practice in California and has been an active member of the California State Bar since 1987. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts. Timothy has a BV rating with Martindate-Hubbell. During Timothy’s extensive twenty-eight years of practice, he has litigated and tried cases in both state and federal courts. During the course of his practice, Timothy has tried an excess of thirty bench trials, almost all of them resulted in favorable decisions. All calls returned within 24 hours...copies of ALL documents provided to client...aggressive in Court but willing to settle where settlement benefits my client. What should clients look for in a lawyer? 3. It helps to know what Judges are predisposed on what issues. What information can you provide in a free phone consultation? 5. I really don't do phone consultations. I offer in office free consults but I think a client would want to see me and I know I want to see the client.
