Mr. Castro is an attorney who prides himself on advocating aggressively on behalf of all clients. As for matters involving family law, Mr. Castro handles matters requiring financial and property division concerns, child custody disputes, child support, modifications of family law orders, enforcement of family law orders, and document preparation/review. Mr. Castro also helps his clients plan for the efficient and effective transfer of assets to spouses, to younger generation family members, to other persons clients wish to benefit, and to charities. Mr. Castro's trust and estate practice involves the preparation of trust agreements, wills, powers of attorney, medical directives, and closely held business structures, including partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations. Mr. Castro graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013 and he is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California including the Eastern, Northern, Southern, and Central Districts of the United States District Courts of California. Timothy obtained a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Timothy is licensed to practice in California and has been an active member of the California State Bar since 1987. He is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts. Timothy has a BV rating with Martindate-Hubbell. During Timothy’s extensive twenty-eight years of practice, he has litigated and tried cases in both state and federal courts. During the course of his practice, Timothy has tried an excess of thirty bench trials, almost all of them resulted in favorable decisions. Timothy’s practice consists exclusively of litigation since his admission to the bar. At present, it includes complex litigation, probate and trust litigation and planning, fiduciary abuse, business and commercial disputes, professional negligence, toxic tort, real estate, and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.

David Shafer's practice involves business and corporate law, and related business, corporate, commercial and real estate transactions. For many years, Mr. Shafer has worked with a variety of business enterprises that included hundreds of start-up businesses guiding them through the formation stages, development and sustainability, as viable and successful ventures. ​ Mr. Shafer represents clients in the formation of business entities, mergers, acquisitions, private offerings to raise capital for funding business expansion and technology developments, and business succession planning. Mr. Shafer holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University and was admitted to practice in California in 1979. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the California Central District of the U. S. Federal Courts and was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States in 1989. He is a member of the Business Law section of the California State Bar and has served as a Judge Pro Tem in Orange County, California ​
