About Randall

Mr. Nichols earned his A.B. cum laude from Duke University in 1983 and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia in 1986. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar. He served as Chairman of Alabama's Family Law Section for 1991 - 1992 and served as President of the Alabama Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers for the year 2002.  He has taught as an adjunct professor at the Cumberland School of Law, Samford University and at the Birmingham School of Law and is a frequent teacher at continuing legal education seminars.

His practice areas include Domestic Relations and Family Law, General Civil Litigation, Mediation and Appellate Practice. He is also a Certified Mediator for General Civil Litigation and Domestic Relations Matters.
