VY vs LM Services Practice Area: Workers Compensation Date: Jun 10, 2008 Outcome: Work Comp Settlement $252,500.00 Description: 67 year old fell to his death working in an elevator shaft. An Additional $200,000.00 was recovered in 3rd party action and WC insurer was convinced to waive subrogation interests making total recovery to claimant over $450,000.00 E G v Haase Practice Area: Car Accidents Outcome: $1.36 Million structured settlement Description: Pedestrian hit by drunk driver, then struck again by uninsured motorist as he lay in the street. Causation issues relating to which injuries were from which driver were proven by careful analysis and review of the medical records.
