Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Clients were trying to do a loan modification agreement on their home mortgage to prevent a foreclosure. Client was not aware that a foreclosure was still in progress even though they were participating in the loan modification program. Fortunately, they were made aware on the on-going foreclosure, contacted my office, and we were able to assist with a bankruptcy filing, stop the foreclosure and save their home. Client was in a debt relief program and paid significant amounts each month to the debt relief company to settle their debts. Debt relief company instructed client to stop paying bills and took the client's money each month. Debt relief company was not able to settle client's debts, client was continually harassed by creditors and client was sued by credit card company for not paying bill. Client contacted my office and we were able to stop the creditors from harassing client, stop the creditor lawsuit, and take care of all of the client's debts for an amount much cheaper than what was being paid monthly to debt relief program.

How did you build a successful practice?

By listening carefully to my clients' goals and working personally with my clients to achieve their goals. When a client hires me, my job is to relieve my clients from debt and help my clients keep the assets they can afford to keep, all while keep as much money as possible in my clients' pockets.
