About Roger
Roger Lucas recently joined the firm of Marsh, Rickard & Bryan, P.C. as a partner. He brings more than twenty-five years of litigation experience to the firm as a whole, and to its youngest lawyers, in particular.
Roger graduated from the University of Montevallo in 1978, and from the Cumberland School of Law in 1981. Following law school, Roger served as a law clerk to the Honorable Justice Eric Embry of the Supreme Court of Alabama.
Roger has focused heavily throughout his career on product liability cases involving industrial and agricultural machinery, and negligence cases involving industrial and construction work procedures. He obtained the largest verdict on record for a "co-employee" negligence suit in Alabama. Roger has also focused on product liability claims involving recreational and household products.
Roger is a member of the Alabama Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Roger has also served on the Boards of the Alabama Head Injury Foundation and the Alabama Children's Trust Fund.
