Rob Wilhite is the Owner, President, and lead litigation attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm, a personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Colorado and Texas. A Texas native, Rob, has lived and practiced law in Colorado for more than 20 years, where he has built a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer handling complex, high-value injury cases. Rob founded The Wilhite Law Firm with a clear purpose: to represent individuals and families who have been seriously injured due to negligence and to hold negligent individuals, corporations, and insurance companies accountable. As Managing Partner, he oversees all litigation and trial strategy for the firm.

Katie Roberts has helped thousands of injured workers receive Workers’ Compensation benefits and disabled people get Social Security Disability benefits since 2002. She has worked at The Wilhite Law Firm since 2005 and became a managing partner in 2009. She currently manages the Workers’ Compensation Department and the Social Security Disability Department. Katie grew up in Ft. Collins, Colorado, where she attended Fort Collins High School and then went to Colorado State University to pursue her bachelor’s. At C.S.U., she majored in Speech Communications and was active in her Chi Omega Sorority and a CSU Cheerleader for 4 years. She attended Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas, for two years, and then transferred to the University of Denver Law School for her last year before receiving her Juris Doctorate. For one summer, she attended King’s College in London to study comparative law. She also was a Denver Nuggets Cheerleader for 3 years and is married and a mother of two little girls. She enjoys yoga, swimming, golf and tennis. Some of her professional accomplishments include successfully arguing in Federal District Court for Social Security clients and presenting oral argument at the Colorado Court of Appeals in Workers’ Compensation cases. She is also a Super Lawyer in 5280’s Super Lawyers Magazine from 2011-2026.

Jon C. Boesen is the founder of Boesen Law, LLC. Mr. Boesen has 26 years of experience and practices in civil litigation, where he has represented thousands of people in all kinds of litigation, including jury trials, workers’ compensation hearings and social security disability hearings. His primary emphasis is in personal injury where he has successfully handled wrongful death, car crash, truck crash, motorcycle crash, slip and fall, dog attack, liquor liability, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury cases and other kinds of bodily injury claims. Mr. Boesen has also handled and overseen numerous Mass Tort Claims and Class Actions involving bad and defective pharmaceutical drugs and products, including the representation of over 4,000 claimants nationwide in the Fen-Phen Diet Drug litigation. Mr. Boesen is admitted to practice in Colorado, the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Boesen is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association and the Denver Better Business Bureau. Mr. Boesen graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in 1986 with a Finance Major. In 1989, Mr. Boesen graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Juris Doctor.
