About Rory
Mr. FitzPatrick is responsible for complex litigation in diverse substantive areas including securities law, contract disputes, environmental regulation, products liability and constitutional law. He has been actively involved in the trial and management of cases in federal and state courts in Massachusetts, New York and other jurisdictions around the country for more than 30 years. He has tried complex commercial disputes, both jury trials and bench trials.
Mr. FitzPatrick also has argued frequently in state and federal appellate courts. He has been involved in a variety of multiparty, multi-jurisdiction litigation and class actions involving claims of personal injury and property damage arising from exposure to such substances as asbestos, lead pigment, silica, various chemicals and pharmaceutical products. He has handled the defense of class actions in a number of state and federal jurisdictions as well as a number of commercial arbitrations.
