Russell Rosenthal, Of Counsel, co-heads the Personal Injury Department at Cohn & Dussi, LLC, and is a senior member of the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Rosenthal’s practice is concentrated in representing injured people who want an aggressive “big city” lawyer, combined with “small town” personalized service. Mr. Rosenthal received his undergraduate degree from American University in Washington, D.C. and earned his law degree from Suffolk University School of Law in Boston. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. He is known for being a national speaker at Atticus Seminars for Lawyers, where he has spoken on topics such as “client development skills” and “how to place the client first in the practice of law.” In addition, he speaks regularly at various medical organization meetings where he has shared his expertise on the legal ramifications of practicing medicine on personal injury cases as well as the ways doctors can provide additional help to their patients. These include instances when their patients’ medical records have been subpoenaed, or when the doctors have been called to testify to provide expert deposition testimony on behalf of the client.
