Olivia Dopler is a co-founder and partner at LDY Law, PC. She focuses on representing property owners and other landlords in residential and commercial landlord-tenant disputes across the San Francisco Bay Area. Her work includes Ellis Act evictions, owner move-in evictions, fault-based evictions, buyout negotiations, rent board mediations and arbitrations, court proceedings, rent increases, fair housing compliance, and other issues that arise throughout the landlord-tenant relationship. She has tried cases in civil court, handled complex local matters shaped by San Francisco's strictly regulated environment, and advised clients through both contested and negotiated resolutions.

Anna Liu is a co-founder and partner at LDY Law, PC, with over 15 years of real estate and landlord-tenant litigation experience. Her practice includes commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, buyouts, evictions, partition actions, and broader real estate conflict and counseling matters. Before co-founding LDY Law, Anna spent more than a decade as a partner at a San Francisco real estate and landlord-tenant firm. She has tried cases, handled appeals, mediated and arbitrated disputes, and negotiated numerous settlements. Her work has included both the day-to-day landlord matters owners regularly face and the broader real estate disputes that can become business-critical when a conflict expands beyond a tenancy issue alone.

Jethro Busch serves as Senior Counsel at LDY Law, adding depth in landlord-side defense litigation, partition actions, and buyer-seller disputes. His practice strengthens the firm's ability to handle the real estate matters that often grow out of landlord-tenant conflicts, especially when a dispute moves beyond an unlawful detainer or when insurance is not covering the defense. Tiffany W. Yee is a co-founder and partner at LDY Law, PC, with more than 10 years of landlord-tenant litigation experience. Her practice focuses primarily on residential landlord-tenant disputes in the San Francisco Bay Area, especially tenant buyout agreements, owner move-in matters, Ellis Act evictions, and San Francisco Rent Board proceedings. She regularly handles rent increases, mediations, arbitrations, and related strategic counseling. She also represents landlords sued by tenants and serves as counsel in mediation when a dispute has already escalated. Tiffany believes in resolving the right matters through buyout or settlement when that is the most practical and cost-effective path for the client. She speaks conversational Cantonese and is able to communicate directly with many Chinese-speaking clients in the firm's referral network and local market.

Jason is a founding partner at Wolford Wayne. He has dedicated the majority of his twenty plus-year legal career to representing Bay Area tenants. Jason’s practice focuses on representing tenants in wrongful eviction, habitability, harassment, and retaliation lawsuits. Outside of the courtroom, Jason donates his time to a variety of community justice organizations. Jason is the President of the Board of Directors for the Eviction Defense Collaborative, volunteers as a tenant counselor with the San Francisco Tenants Union, and is actively involved in the San Francisco Bar Association.

Daniel is a partner and co-founder of Wolford Wayne LLP. Daniel has spent his entire legal career dedicated to fighting on behalf of tenants. He has resolved hundreds of cases on behalf of Bay Area tenants and helped his clients recover millions of dollars. ​Daniel is active in the tenants’ rights community. He is a volunteer counselor at the San Francisco Tenants Union, writes about tenant’s rights issues for the popular San Francisco-based site Broke-Ass Stuart, and for the San Francisco Apartment Association, and has appeared on 91.7 FM KALW’s “Your Legal Rights” Program. He received the Outstanding Volunteer in Public Service Award from the San Francisco Bar Association in 2012, 2013, and 2014 and has presented to numerous legal groups, as well as to the San Francisco Apartment Association, on topics such as Airbnb and short-term rental legislation, tenancy buyouts, and habitability litigation.

Piper joined Wolford Wayne as an associate attorney in 2024. Before earning her law degree, Piper worked as a senior paralegal with the firm for several years. During law school she earned multiple CALI awards for academic excellence and graduated in the top ten percent of her class. Piper has been active in various tenants’ campaigns and organizations in the Bay Area since 2015 and is delighted to advocate for tenants as a new attorney. In her free time, Piper enjoys practicing her Russian and Spanish language skills and exploring California. She lives in Oakland with her partner and twin daughters.

Megan joined Wolford Wayne in 2019. She is an associate attorney at the firm where she focuses her practice on representing residential tenants in wrongful eviction, habitability, and harassment lawsuits. She has spent the majority of her six years as an attorney practicing tenants’ rights in the Bay Area. She currently volunteers with Open Door Legal, providing legal assistance to their housing department.
