Jethro received his undergraduate degree from the University of California (Berkeley), holds a law degree from Tulane University, and has been practicing law since 1981. His practice consists primarily of real estate litigation, including wrongful eviction and habitability disputes, disputes connected with buying or selling real property, and disputes between co-owners or condo owners.
