I was one of several plantiffs’ lawyers in the case, which involved sixty children. The aforementioned case allowed me to pursue justice against an army Colonel with ties to the Church of Satan. These experiences also gave me the opportunity to work with some of the best lawyers in Northern California, such as Melvin Belli, who throughout his career, won over $600 million dollars for his clients.

Nabiel Ahmed was born and raised in the Bay Area. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in biology from the University of California at Davis prior to attending law school. Mr. Ahmed earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Hastings College of the Law. James F. Regan is a native San Franciscan and has been an attorney for nearly 20 years. He was previously a partner at one of San Francisco’s oldest law firms. He is an experienced trial attorney and has been lead or co-counsel in multiple civil jury trials throughout California. He has argued pre- and post-trial motions and has argued before the California Court of Appeal multiple times.  Prior to working in private practice, he was the Research Attorney in the Presiding Judge’s Department in San Francisco Superior Court.

Jason is a founding partner at Wolford Wayne. He has dedicated the majority of his twenty plus-year legal career to representing Bay Area tenants. Outside of the courtroom, Jason donates his time to a variety of community justice organizations. Piper joined Wolford Wayne as an associate attorney in 2024. Before earning her law degree, Piper worked as a senior paralegal with the firm for several years. During law school she earned multiple CALI awards for academic excellence and graduated in the top ten percent of her class. Piper has been active in various tenants’ campaigns and organizations in the Bay Area since 2015 and is delighted to advocate for tenants as a new attorney. In her free time, Piper enjoys practicing her Russian and Spanish language skills and exploring California. She lives in Oakland with her partner and twin daughters.
